The completed application is then submitted in triplicate with a draft of N10,000.00(Ten Thousand naira) only being the processing fee and payable to the Nigerian Communications Commission. |5.||What is the process of reporting frequency interference?||An operator or any legal frequency user who experience unlawful interference in his network can write a letter of interference complaint to the Commission. The letter is routed through the office of the CEO to the Spectrum Administration department who will immediately dispatch resources to the field to resolve the interference. The aggrieved operator may also call or send an email depending on the urgency of the matter with adequate proof of the interference including spectrum analyser traces.|
